Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Funding Manager to lead the development of their new funding department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute loan funding across multiple states (wet and dry)
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows for the funding team
• Ensure TRID compliance, CD delivery accuracy, and investor requirements are met

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience as a mini-correspondent funder team lead or funding manager within the last 12 months
• Experience funding multi-state pipelines with TRID, compliance, and investor knowledge
• Proven experience in building or improving funding processes
