A company is looking for a GL Accountant to join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements
- Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections
- Oversee accounts payable processes and prepare sales tax filings across multiple states
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and sales tax filings
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
