Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Service Cloud) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Lead discovery sessions to document business processes and translate workflows into functional specifications and solution mockups
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams, manage the testing lifecycle, and support end-user training and adoption
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (active/current)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud features
- Proven track record in gathering and managing complex business and system requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in various business areas
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA
