Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a project management or business analyst role within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Business acumen with the ability to understand business processes in multiple industries
• Significant experience in an Agile environment and understanding of Salesforce best practices
• Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and appropriate use of custom code versus configuration
• Experience with Atlassian tools for knowledge base and project management
