A company is looking for a Salesforce Data Analyst to support and optimize Salesforce helpdesk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ongoing customization and configuration of Salesforce, including page layouts and validation rules
- Provide user training and create documentation for best practices
- Analyze and visualize Salesforce data to support business insights and ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce data or analytics role
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Analyst, Support, or Admin role
- Active Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201) preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
