Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to manage all aspects of Salesforce.com including complex configuration, customization, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC), including complex configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations
• Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" assistance

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified App Builder
• 3+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with Service Cloud
