A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Performance & Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions for HR and Talent business processes
- Conduct strategy and progress sessions with clients and lead a team of consultants
- Provide mentorship to new consultants and participate in demo sessions for prospective clients
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Led 3 - 4+ medium to large-scale projects
- Involved in 7+ projects
- Associate or Professional Compensation Certification preferred
- Associate or Professional PMGM Certification preferred
