Job Summary

A company is looking for a SuccessFactors Performance & Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions for HR and Talent business processes
• Conduct strategy and progress sessions with clients and lead a team of consultants
• Provide mentorship to new consultants and participate in demo sessions for prospective clients

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Led 3 - 4+ medium to large-scale projects
• Involved in 7+ projects
• Associate or Professional Compensation Certification preferred
• Associate or Professional PMGM Certification preferred
