Scrum Master III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master III, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile events and drive continuous improvement within the team
• Coach teams to align with program standards and manage internal escalations
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and review product backlog items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 7-9 years of hands-on experience in an Agile team, preferably as a Scrum Master
• Experience in systems or financial services environments preferred
• Considerable knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or similar applications
• Experience managing large-scale technology projects is a plus
