Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in business development and recruiting
• At least one year of sales or business development experience
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and ATS/CRM tools
