Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee project execution for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in daily activities to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed about the implementation process and operational status
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience managing client implementation efforts operationally
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple implementation projects
- 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports and realigning delivery to meet performance targets
- 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process
