• Collaborate with Complex Claims Specialty Practice and Carrier Partners to create innovative solutions that add value
• Research and evaluate carrier products and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
• Analyze Stop Loss business data to identify trends and develop actionable strategies for Carrier Partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 8 years in stop loss insurance underwriting, healthcare rating, or consulting
• Deep expertise in the stop loss insurance industry and its regulatory requirements
• Strong financial analysis skills with experience in healthcare brokerage or insurance
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
