Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secondary Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes investor pricing and market data to generate daily rate sheets and midday re-prices
• Manages pipelines and reports to facilitate loan sales and investor purchases
• Supports the operational flow of the Lock Desk and ensures accurate pricing of locks

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Previous Lock Desk experience or knowledge of Mortgage Banking/Secondary Marketing
• Strong analytical skills and high mathematical aptitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Ability to multi-task and handle time-related pressure
