Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Writing System Instructional Designer with clearance desired.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in eLearning development and collaborate with project managers and SMEs
• Develop technical and functional documentation and support organizational change management
• Design and deliver training content for the Contract Writing System to enhance user understanding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in federal government contracting
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (and interim) in a timely manner
• Experience in developing targeted communications and training
• Ability to work in a team-oriented matrix organization
• Demonstrated experience in contract writing system training is desired
