Security and Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Security and Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor project scope, schedule, and delivery requirements with minimal oversight
• Act as the primary lead in communicating with stakeholders and advocating for security and compliance practices
• Drive improvements in security and compliance processes and practices through strong influence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, cybersecurity, or a related field, with 9+ years of experience
• 3+ years administering Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway in production for over 10,000 users
• Expertise in proxy engineering, SSL/TLS inspection, and safe bypass strategies
• Proficiency in Layer 3 and Internet fundamentals, including routing and addressing
• Experience with troubleshooting using tcpdump/Wireshark and log correlation at scale
