Security Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to conduct early-stage security reviews for software and infrastructure
• Perform vulnerability assessments and ad hoc security reviews to identify security risks
• Engage in incident response activities, including investigation and recovery efforts

Required Qualifications

• Deep domain expertise in one or more core security domains
• Experience with practical information security attacks using common attacker tools
• Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, and/or Python
• Familiarity with OWASP principles and modern TTPs targeting B2C online businesses
• Experience deploying tools to facilitate secure engineering practices
