Security Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Security Engineering to support their AppSec and InfraSec teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of security engineers, establishing scalable security practices
• Coordinate with teams for sprint planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and security postures

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing engineering teams or as a senior engineer/team lead
• 5+ years of experience building scalable systems and architecting security controls
• Experience designing and building secure systems with engineering teams
• Understanding of web application architecture and design principles
• Experience with securing cloud infrastructure and secure code review in various programming languages
