Key Responsibilities
- Manage product event data in Twilio Segment, focusing on data capture, storage, and structure
- Design and implement processes for transforming raw event data into organized tables
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure data supports analysis across the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Twilio Segment is essential
- Experience with Snowflake is highly preferred; familiarity with Databricks or BigQuery is also valuable
- Strong skills in data modeling and structuring event-based data
- Proficiency with DBT for data pipeline and transformation workflows
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders for actionable insights
