Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate volume and workload predictions using historical data
- Create efficient staffing schedules while monitoring adherence and adjusting as necessary
- Identify process inefficiencies and present recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an analytics-related role
- Experience with workforce management platforms such as Verint, NICE WFM, or Genesys
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- Valid US Driver's License
