Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Migration SME to support federal customers with the National Computerized Maintenance Management System initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with end users and stakeholders to understand operational needs and document functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams and facilitate communication between users and developers
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance of new features and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including large-scale implementations
- Experience with federal or multi-site implementations of Maximo
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with maintenance operations and asset management
