Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design and deliver customer-facing AI features.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of LLM features, including problem framing and deployment
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and implement prompt strategies
• Collaborate with teams to integrate models into production services and optimize for performance

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in applied ML/AI or backend engineering with measurable production impact
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Practical experience with LLMs and at least one deep learning framework
• Experience with RAG and data pipelines, including vector databases
• Awareness of security and privacy issues in AI systems
