A company is looking for a Senior Analyst to support case management and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise junior Analysts and manage a full case load, proactively identifying issues and developing mitigation plans
- Manage cases to meet project requirements and deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards
- Handle escalated claim inquiries and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders, addressing process challenges as needed
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims administration or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Understanding of data sets and data management concepts
