Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst to support case management and client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise junior Analysts and manage a full case load, proactively identifying issues and developing mitigation plans
  • Manage cases to meet project requirements and deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards
  • Handle escalated claim inquiries and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders, addressing process challenges as needed


Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims administration or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Understanding of data sets and data management concepts
