Senior Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SPA Analytics Analyst who will work with the Award Closeout team to oversee the final reconciliation of research award agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute automation of analytical strategies to enhance organizational research data decisions
• Identify trends in expenditures and revenue using multiple data sources while ensuring data integrity
• Generate recommendations and present analytic outputs to leadership for strategic decision-making and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, healthcare statistics, or a similar field
• 5 years of job-related experience in Research Administration or Healthcare sector with large relational databases
• Experience with advanced Excel tools and statistical/data management tools such as SQL, SAS, Stata, or SPSS
• Superior working knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with data warehouse or Power BI preferred
