Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to evaluate business objectives and translate them into RPA solutions
• Design and develop scalable automation solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
• Maintain documentation and support post-deployment operations to ensure performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Blue Prism automation platform
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems
• Relevant industry certifications such as Blue Prism Developer or UiPath Advanced RPA Developer are preferred
