Senior Associate, Performance Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Performance Strategy & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain forecasting models to project incentive revenue across various contracts
• Create dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders
• Develop provider-facing scorecards and track incentive payments aligned with payer contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, forecasting, or incentive modeling
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Knowledge of value-based care, Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, and provider incentives
