Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Reporting & Consolidations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
- Support the Financial Reporting team in preparing consolidated financial statements and investor reporting materials
- Collaborate with external auditors and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or extensive relevant work experience
- 4-7 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or in a financial reporting role at a public company
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations, including experience with 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Familiarity with financial systems such as OneStream and NetSuite
