Their technology empowers enterprises and individuals to tackle real world challenges using imagery and analytics – whether assessing construction integrity, optimizing yields or monitoring endangered species.

They are searching for a Senior Backend Developer to join their growing software team. You will be responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of scalable backend systems that power a frictionless user experience, ensure secure and efficient API integrations, and maximize reliability, while working closely with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams

Highlights & Requirements:

Package: up to $200,000 + Benefits (Equity options, Remote first, Private medical & dental and much more

Stack requirements: Python, Postgres, Rest API, CI/CD, GCP OR AWS

Industry/Type of business: Platform data and analytics (a lot cooler than just this, think Space)

Remote first, yearly team meet-ups

Interview process: 2 stages, 5 day turn around.

Reporting to: Head of Engineering

Company size: 35 total (18 in engineering, cross functional)

They are based in Austin with their engineering team based remotely through-out the US. They operate a remote first model with countless levels of flexibility, as many being working parents – flexibility through out the day is actively encouraged .
