Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - Full Stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate and complete development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and analysis with minimal feedback
• Mentor junior developers and improve engineering processes through influential skills
• Participate in planning sessions and on-call rotations, while presenting and writing about work for internal and external parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of engineering experience
• Strong working experience with React, Redux, JavaScript, Cypress, and React testing library
• Strong working experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and Rspec
• Must be proficient in full stack development with a backend leaning preference
• Progressive experience with relevant technologies and an understanding of business impact
