Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-product impact by building experiments and developing backend features that influence acquisition, monetization, and retention metrics
• Architect scalable backend solutions, optimizing database performance and creating maintainable systems
• Own end-to-end user journeys, developing backend systems across the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on PHP and/or Laravel framework
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with agile methodologies and a focus on shipping code frequently
• Strong understanding of backend optimization, caching strategies, and CI/CD practices
• Proactive in recommending improvements to backend technologies and architecture patterns
