Senior Software Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cloud ETL and data engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable, cloud-native data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and high-quality data products

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; or Master's degree
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in leadership roles
• Experience with Java, Scala, Python, Kafka, and Containerized Micro-services
• AWS Cloud experience including Aurora MySQL, ECS, MSK, EMR, S3, EFS
• Knowledge of Hadoop/Spark and various data formats like Parquet and CSV
