Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Product Software Engineer, Bridge FSS & Dash.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered product experiences into the Dropbox FSS flow
• Collaborate with product and design partners to integrate Dash capabilities into the Core experience
• Drive the integration between Dropbox's AI platform and product surface areas

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or related industry experience, including 1-2 years in AI/ML product experiences
• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience
• Experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered product features with real users
• Strong product instincts and ability to work across the stack
• Experience in partnering closely with product, design, and AI platform teams
