Senior Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Backend Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain applications, services, APIs, and user interfaces for cloud-hosted data management platforms
• Utilize open source libraries for ETL processes and work with users to implement new features and resolve issues
• Provide technical guidance to team members and collaborate with product owners to develop engineering roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent education and relevant experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Python, Java, and Javascript
• At least 2 years of experience in building and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines
• Experience with AWS (S3) or similar cloud-based infrastructure and working with relational databases
• Experience with full-stack development, focusing on backend development, including APIs and javascript frameworks
