Senior Bilingual Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Instructional Designer Sr. to lead the design and delivery of training programs for customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced training programs, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions
• Conduct live training sessions and webinars for bilingual teams (English/Spanish)
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development in a bilingual environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong expertise in instructional design software and graphic design tools
• Proven experience designing and facilitating complex training programs for large teams
