Senior Budget Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Budget Analyst - UCP Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project finances related to the Unaccompanied Children Program (UCP) and ensure compliance with the budget
• Develop program budgets, perform cost analyses, and design financial reports for leadership
• Support oversight of program subcontractors and vendors to ensure efficient business operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field
• Two years of experience working on HHS/ACF/ORR government contracts as a prime contractor
• Two years of experience negotiating budgets with non-profit legal service providers
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for monitoring contract spending
• One year of experience negotiating with government stakeholders
