Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Insurance (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical resources
• Plan and design business processes and system modifications; gather and document complex business requirements
• Create test case scenarios, oversee testing, and support QA and UAT phases of projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably Insurtech or health insurance
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Fluency in Spanish and good organizational/time management skills
