Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Associate Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Business Analyst for the B2B eCommerce platform, translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to prioritize features and manage the product backlog
• Monitor platform health, identify risks, and lead resolution of technical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with typically 4+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce platforms and enterprise system integrations
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferable
• Working knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and security requirements for digital platforms
