Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst - Power Optics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and ETRM/PowerOptix workflows; configure inputs, formulas, and automations
• Integrate PowerOptix with third-party systems using RESTful APIs and SQL
• Drive data governance, quality assurance, and manage IT change processes in ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years business/data analysis; 2+ years in energy markets or ISO-related work
• Hands-on experience with Hartigen PowerOptix or similar ETRM/automation platforms
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis
• Preferred: Experience with OATI, PCI, Hitachi, Molecule; familiarity with ERCOT, SPP, PJM, MISO, CAISO
