Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SPM Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and document incentive plan changes and requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications for ICM engineers
• Act as a liaison between business partners and technology teams to drive project prioritization and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process management, preferably in incentive compensation or sales performance management
• Strong capability in requirements gathering and business-to-technical translation
• Familiarity with incentive compensation systems such as Varicent, Callidus, or Xactly preferred
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
