Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Architect to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align business strategy with technology capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise business strategies aligned with IT and operational goals
• Lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud
• Develop change management frameworks to support the adoption of new processes and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business architecture, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise strategy roles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI Agents and Bullhorn Automation
• Demonstrated leadership in change management and process transformation
• Experience in Talent Solutions, Professional Services, or Clinical Solutions preferred
