Senior Business Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Product Manager, Workflow Automation & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for workflow automation and operational tools
• Lead initiatives to identify, analyze, and re-engineer business processes for efficiency and scalability
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring user needs are met

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, operations, science, marketing, or a related field
• 7 years of experience, including 3 years in product management or digital product operations
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps and manage product lifecycles
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rolling out new features
• Strong knowledge of work management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and proficiency in Google Workspace
