Senior Clinical Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology (Remote - Minnesota).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure successful protocol level execution of SMM deliverables for assigned sites/studies, including start-up, execution, and close-out
• Monitor site-related study execution, including evaluations, selection, activation, and reporting
• Maintain clinical trial management systems and ensure compliance with regulations, GCPs, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of site monitoring experience
• Health-related degree preferred (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)
• Experience in coaching and mentoring CRAs
• Familiarity with local regulatory and legal requirements
