Senior Clinical Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Clinical Researcher to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of mental health services through clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute research ideas, generating proposals and research products, including peer-reviewed papers
• Conduct analyses using databases with utilization and clinical outcomes data
• Serve as a subject matter expert on mental health and workforce well-being for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• PhD in clinical psychology, health services/outcomes research, or a closely related field
• 5+ years post-PhD experience, including some non-academic industry experience
• Experience executing various research study designs and data types
• Proven track record of leading long-term research projects with multiple collaborators
• Extensive experience publishing clinical outcomes research, including 10+ peer-reviewed publications
