Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and secure payments
- Prepare reports on collection performance and maintain accurate records of collection activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing and collections experience in a CPA, law, or professional services firm
- Bachelor's degree required
- Working knowledge of CCH Practice Management preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Proficient use of financial, accounting, and collections systems
