Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial real estate loans across various markets
• Assess and structure loans for diverse asset types, including office, retail, and industrial properties
• Lead special projects and provide guidance on complex underwriting matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Commercial Credit Analysis, Lending, or Underwriting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• 4 years of experience working with Commercial Real Estate required; 6 years preferred
• Microsoft Excel competency required
• Experience with credit exposure of 5 million and above preferred
