Senior Configuration Management Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Configuration Management Administrator to lead the technical rollout of LogicMonitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the LogicMonitor system and its global configurations
• Lead the hands-on implementation of LogicMonitor and integrate it with other systems
• Own Change Management processes for the rollout

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with monitoring tools
• Strong capabilities in Monitoring tools and Reporting, specifically with LogicMonitor or similar
• Experience combining New Relic with Big Panda for actionable insights
• Proficiency in scripting and automating tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong experience with CI/CD methodologies and configuration management tools like ServiceNow
