A company is looking for a Senior CRO Specialist to enhance conversion optimization and user experience across digital properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead landing page builds from brief to launch and ensure quick implementation of CRO ideas
- Analyze user behavior and identify friction points to drive conversion rate improvements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish repeatable CRO processes and maintain testing roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, UX & UI strategy, or digital production
- 1+ year of CRO-related experience with hands-on testing and optimization work
- Experience using Replo or similar no-code/low-code builders for rapid page development
- Proficiency with behavior analysis tools like Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or comparable analytics platforms
