Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to lead high-impact programs that engage enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, satisfaction, expansion, and renewal
  • Develop and manage customer stories, references, and testimonials while collaborating with other teams
  • Co-lead the planning and execution of customer events, including the annual Customer Summit and Executive Customer Advisory Board initiatives


Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2-3 years in customer marketing or advocacy roles
  • Experience marketing to enterprise-level customers with $100M+ in revenue and long sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and customer lifecycle tactics
  • Demonstrated success in leading customer events and summits
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline and retention
