Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Marketing to lead high-impact programs that engage enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, satisfaction, expansion, and renewal
- Develop and manage customer stories, references, and testimonials while collaborating with other teams
- Co-lead the planning and execution of customer events, including the annual Customer Summit and Executive Customer Advisory Board initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 2-3 years in customer marketing or advocacy roles
- Experience marketing to enterprise-level customers with $100M+ in revenue and long sales cycles
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and customer lifecycle tactics
- Demonstrated success in leading customer events and summits
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline and retention
