Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analysis related to employment-specific project types, including wage & hour and employment discrimination
• Extract and convert raw data into structured files, ensuring data integrity and preparing documents for production
• Create dashboards and data visualizations to drive insights and present findings to attorneys and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in employment litigation
• Significant experience with statistical packages like R or Python for analyzing large datasets
• Expert-level Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and interact effectively with clients and attorneys
