Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Analyst II to support data analytics initiatives within Veteran Experience Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data ingestion and modeling from multiple operational and feedback sources into enterprise data platforms
- Develop and refine customer experience measurement frameworks, aligning metrics to strategic priorities
- Engineer dashboards and reporting artifacts to deliver actionable insights to product teams and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
- 6-8 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or customer experience measurement
- Strong proficiency with enterprise analytics and survey platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Medallia)
- Experience working within the VA data ecosystem or similar federal programs
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques, including SQL-based analysis and pipeline development
