Senior Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to architect, implement, and optimize data models and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT frameworks
• Develop and optimize data warehouse models to support analytics, automation, and reporting
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and leadership to deliver consistent, actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling data infrastructure
• Proven ability to design and maintain ETL/ELT workflows and distributed data systems
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in at least one general-purpose language (TypeScript, Python, or Scala)
• Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with AWS, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting systems
