Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Team Lead to manage data management services for clinical projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical projects, ensuring quality and budget compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading communications and relationship management across global studies
• Provide leadership and mentorship to data management teams, including training junior staff and supporting Data Team Leads

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data management within clinical research
• 8+ years of experience as an Independent Lead on global studies
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale global studies simultaneously
• Experience mentoring and training junior team members in data management best practices
• Bachelor's degree in health sciences, clinical research, biological sciences, mathematics, or a related field
